About Me

I am a Comprehensively Trained Balanced Body® Pilates instructor and am certified through the National Pilates Certification Program (formerly PMA). I found Pilates after having shoulder surgery in 2016 due to years of abuse in bootcamps and weight lifting (trying hard to get that pre-pregnancy body back). My training has helped me understand the kinesiology of the Pilates movements and can direct you to the mind-body connection to perform the exercises. I will lead you through accurate movements, precise to you, providing guidance for all levels of practice and let you decide what feels best for your body working on getting you stronger as a whole.

Pregnant? I’ve got you covered as I’m also certified as a Pre & Post Natal Exercise Specialist and have worked with expecting mothers right up to birth!
