Meet Tisha |
Tisha has had boot camps and weight training in her life for the last decade. However, when a shoulder injury required surgery in Spring 2016, she knew she wouldn't go back to the heavy, impactful exercises she'd been doing. She had heard about Pilates and the benefits it offered so she tried it and instantly fell in love. So much so she knew she had to bring this to others who could also benefit from the practice by jumping head first into the training in Fall 2016. Tisha acquired her 200 hour Pilates certification in Summer 2017 thru Balanced Body®. Her passion for the subject will leave you feeling ok with the fact you are walking out a bit sweaty.
